The Spey Coast Tenants' Forum was established to promote tenants' rights and obligations and to maintain the improve the environments and amenities for tenants in the area.

The aims and objectives of the Forum are :

• Be tenant led;
• To promote tenants interest and provide feedback on housing management services, developments, policies and initiatives.
• To identify local priorities for funding and services.
• Development good communication between all sections of the community within the catchment area for Spey Coast Tenants' Forum.
• Development a good working relationship with the Moray Council.
