SPEY COAST TENANTS’ FORUM NEWSLETTER SUMMER 2009 The Spey Coast Tenants Forum held their last meeting before the summer break on the 11th June 2009. At this meeting the under-noted projects were agreed and finance allocated in order that the work could proceed during 2009/2010. Buckie Removal of cobbles in Wallace Avenue Project to be commenced in Milton Fields Mosstodloch Replacing fencing at Stynie Road, Findlay Road and Birnie Place Other projects to be discussed at the next Meeting in September are:- Portgordon – Landscaping at Graigenroan Corner Findochty - Slabbed area in Seaview Road Fochabers - Pathway at the rear of Castlehill Road. We are still awaiting costings of other projects and these will be actioned as soon as possible. Projects completed during 2008/2009 were as follows Portgordon – Reid Terrace,steps upgrade. Moss cleaning on roofs in Tannachy Road and Crown Terrace Cullen - Heightened fencing in Binview Road Buckie - Replacement fencing in Samson Avenue Buckie Replacement fencing at 7 West St Fochabers Replacement fencing 8-32 Castlehill Road The Forum would appreciate suggestions for projects from tenants in our area, particularly Findochty, Portknockie, Mosstodloch and Cullen.
